To reset a user account, you must have the May reset passwords and disable accounts or the May add and edit (other) users role assigned to your account. At least two people at the site should have the ability to disable accounts or reset passwords. You cannot disable or reset your own account from within Connect User Management. Admin users with the May add and edit (other) users role can reset and disable another admin user's account. Non-admin users with the May reset passwords and disable accounts role can reset the admin user's account, but they cannot disable the admin user's account.
