Login to Connect
You cannot login to Pearson VUE Connect until after you have configured your Password and Security Questions.
- Navigate to the Pearson VUE Connect URL https://connect.pearsonvue.com/Connect/#/authenticate/login. The Connect Login page appears.
Note As a best practice, you may want to bookmark the URL so you can easily access the Pearson VUE Connect applications. |
- If this is your first time logging in to Connect, or if the cookies have been cleared from your web browser, select the I understand button to acknowledge that you consent to Pearson VUE's use of cookies.
- Select the desired language for the user interface from the Language drop-down list. You may select English, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean.
- Enter your test center Username, Password, and Site ID and select Log in.
- If the Two-step verification page appears, a new verification code is issued and emailed to the email address on file for your user profile.
Note To login to the Connect portal, you must provide your Username, Password, and Site ID, as well as a system generated Verification code. The new verification code is only valid for 24 hours. If you do not use the verification code to login to Connect within 24 hours, the code expires, and you must request a new code. Every user must have a verification code for each browser on each workstation where the Connect portal is launched. |
- Locate the Verification Code email that was sent to you. If you did not receive an email, select Request another code.
- Copy the Verification Code in the email.
- Go back to the Two-step verification page and paste the Verification code in the field and select Verify.
- You are notified that you are setting your language preference. Select Continue.
If you previously logged on to Connect with a different language, you are notified that you previously logged in with a different language and the language you selected will now be the default language. Select Continue.
- If you are assigned the May admit candidates and deliver exams role and you have not previously submitted your VUE ID, the Enter Your VUE ID page is displayed.
- If you know your VUE ID, enter it and select Validate. If you do not, select Skip and you can enter the VUE ID later.
- If you entered a valid VUE ID, a message notifies you that your ID is valid and will be saved upon submit. Select Submit.
- If you selected Skip, the Enter your VUE ID page is displayed every time you logon to the Connect portal until you submit a valid VUE ID.

- If you entered a valid VUE ID, a message notifies you that your ID is valid and will be saved upon submit. Select Submit.
- The Connect portal landing page opens to the Site system information. See the Site System Information topic for details.
- If you enter an incorrect username, password or Site ID, a login failure message appears. Correct the Username, Password, or Site ID and then select Log in again.
Note If you forget your password or if you incorrectly type your password, you have a maximum of 5 login attempts before the system locks you out. You must reset your password. Use the password reset option to reset your password. See Forgot Password. If you have any trouble resetting your password, contact your Site Manager System Administrator or Support Contacts for assistance. |
